I have dedicated years to a healthy lifestyle. As a former soccer player, track star, and competitive cheerleader, I’ve achieved state titles and national championships. Armed with a background in exercise science, I’ve learned how to stay fit and energized, regardless of a hectic schedule. My travels have taken me to breathtaking places, offering unique opportunities to maintain a balanced and fulfilling life.
Frequent Flyer Fitness was born from my desire to help others facing the same challenges I encounter.
